What Is The Sandbox?
The Sandbox is an innovative digital mental healthcare service for Children and Young People.
Mental health struggle is something most of us will experience at some point in our lives – it’s simply part of being human. We're here for you when that happens.
We work together with the NHS, local government, and other organisations to help Children and Young People with their mental health.

Have Your Say
We want to hear from young people and parents or carers from Asian backgrounds about their experiences accessing mental health support.
If you’ve ever tried to get help (for yourself or for your child), your perspective can help shape more inclusive and accessible support for others.
The survey is anonymous, should take only about 5 minutes, and is open to both young people and parents/carers.
Your feedback will help The Sandbox understand what works well, what doesn’t, and where things need to improve.
If you have any questions, you can contact us at sandbox@mindler.co.uk.
